Breath State

I recently crossed a quote that said:

“Notice where you are when you unfold,

NOTICE WHERE YOU ARE WHEN YOU HAVE BREATH.”

(@theapricotmemoirs)

My paradox: where I feel most rhythmic in breath, perhaps not by flow, but certainly by state; that place, where I have breath, I actually lose it— then find more.

That state of mind and space in body when my heartbeat is up and exhales take my breath away, inhales rush to bring me back more—breath.— Every time.

Where are you when you have wholehearted breath? Is it a state of mind? Physical space of being? Is it an action?

One or all of the above?

It's something to think about; something to be intentional about.

I believe, that which gives us wholehearted breath---

gifts us wholehearted life.

P O W E R F U L.

“Notice where you are when you have breath.”

Be mindful and hold yourself accountable to that state of being to that space of your being.

Accept the invitation and welcome the breath that finds you there. Inhale. Exhale.

🤍 Here's my space; I hope you create yours.

#sweatlife: you take my breath away and give me so much more back. #grateful
