Bad Cards

We’re so often hoping and praying for the Universe to deal us a royal flush — every hand; while the Universe wants us to see that the bad cards, are actually the ones that make us good.

They demand more from us. They challenge us to think different; to move different, — or fold. And as a result, we become wiser, stronger, and better players, — and humans, — in this wild game we so often refer to as, “life.” 

I say, You want to throw me a bad beat?…Let’s dance.
