Good In: Good Out. Non-Alcoholic Ambassador

2021 we’re calling, painful plot twist. 

2022 spirit resurrection; an evaluation of what I consume: social-everything, people, places, alcohol. I knew the latter would be an easy elimination, so that's where I started. 

It's no surprise that alcohol inhibits our social experience: what we think, our actions, how our bodies perform, how we show up, how we feel: and stunts our athletic and LIFE performance (internally and externally). 

So, I started to explore non-alcoholic beverages. Timely, a college friend (also a collegiate & lifelong athlete) shared his experience with Athletic Brewing Company’s craft NA beer. Thank you Ben Harris : NESCAC friends: Athletic Brewing's co-founder is a Middlebury grad.

While I’m not sober, (so don’t call me out when I’m drinking!) as a life-long athlete, an early riser with a preferred morning workout-schedule, an advocate for a healthy lifestyle, and needing a spirit refuel, I became more intentional on how I fuel my body, and mind.

Behind the screen, I’ve shared ABC with my family & friends; now with you.

ABC's mission is to be “a force of good" for this world. (more to come). I'm striving for that too. It inspired me to apply to become an Ambassador. 

I was recently ACCEPTED.

My goal is to help spread their mission of goodness OUT. 

I enjoy a spirited social vibe and beer. But I now prefer ABC craft NA beers brewed *without compromising flavor, while I maintain a higher standard of health and wellness: of LIFE.

Unfortunately, society has normalized and paired "fun" with drinking and stigmatized a non-alcoholic lifestyle. There are more questions around why you're not drinking than why you are. 

My spirit resurrected answer: 

Wholehearted Wellness.
