Strength is Bravery

Some measure strength by muscles.                     

I measure strength by bravery. 

Our bravery to protect our soul's alignment at our costs. Costs that sometimes cripple us before they heal us whole. Costs that require us to take the first extraordinary step forward, which sometimes is away, reminding us that less-than is never our right of way. 

Let me say that again, less-than is never our right way. 

Ever. 

That's why I call it extraordinary, that first step. 

The strength it takes to walk away, to step forward, it doesn't just follow us, it multiplies. 

When we live in alignment with our souls, 

our strength, our bravery, our light, 

it all multiplies.

I don't measure strength by muscles, 
I measure strength by bravery.
