Grace: the beauty and mark
Grace is an extraordinary mirror to our humanness. I think it reflects what God wants us to see. Like a beauty mark, perfectly imperfect, both you and me.
Grace welcomes each of us, our rights, our wrongs, and imperfections, as invitations to divine light and opportunities for expansion. And while I don't think Grace justifies sin, maybe an unorthodox opinion, I do think it makes sin bearable -- to witness, to walk through, to rest assured redemption and restoration again and again.
Grace holds space for the fullness that is our wholehearted becoming: better, stronger, wiser, more self-aware, more compassionate, more, like love.
Maybe that's it, Grace is love.
It is pure and it is healing.
It transforms everything it touches.
It is never wasted nor forgotten.
It’s the goodness of God, (the Universe, the Divine, Something Bigger), whatever you call It, manifested within us, marked upon us, and displayed around us.
Grace says, be-"come as you are" and holds space for us to get there:
whole and hearted, faith and full.
That's the beauty and the mark of Grace.
🐣Happy Easter, with Grace upon Grace ---
upon you, upon me.
With love,
Melissa, The Buzz
