Presence over Everything

Being the last one at your friend's party doesn't make you a better friend, just as leaving early doesn't make you a worse friend.

We can't all be night owls nor early birds. Sometimes one person's drop-in took more energy than another's, "I stayed all night."

Let's normalize people coming and going as they need. Replacing judgment with gratitude. Honoring presence over minutes and valuing togetherness over everything.

Presence is a love language.
